105| Waterpark in St George with Hot Tub and Views

Overall, the rental was great. A few little problems like a knob missing on stove and a knob mot working on bbq. A hot tub was recently installed too, but hadn't been put on maintenance. They got it up and running for us before our stay was over. Didn't really need it anyway, since rental is across the street from the pool complex. Rental was very clean and furniture was comfortable. There were a lot of fun amenities.

We loved the residence and everything worked out great for our stay. We were in a beautiful part of the area with the red cliffs. Food and shopping and activities are all close by. The swimming areas were used a lot and we had plenty of room for our group.

We loved the house and the location and the amenities, However, my daughter forgot to get all the clothes out of the dresser. We filed the forms and she has called multiple times. They keep saying they will check but nothing has happened in over a month. Very frustrating!

We really enjoyed our stay in St. George at Paradise Village. The house was clean and the location couldn't have been more perfect. We had plenty of room for all our guests. The pool/waterpark across the cul-de-sac was the most used amenity. My kids loved it! One issue that the front door was VERY difficult to open. We had to call for help in the beginning and continued to be VERY difficult to open. I was the only one who finally figured it out. So might want to get that fixed!

We stayed 5 nights for a family reunion. We rented this property and a nearly identical one next door. The home is beautiful, room layouts are great, fun games inside, super convenient to the pool and many other nearby southern Utah attractions. Loved it!

Our family stayed for 5 days in this beautiful home! It was clean and roomy! We were right across the street from the pool area and the kids spent hours there. Many of us took bike rides on the trails around the community, the bikes were provided. Sadly the tandem bike was out of commission but the other bikes worked fine!! The games upstairs kept the adults and kids entertained!! All of our basic supplies were provided, like TP, garbage bags, hand and dish soaps, which was very convenient. Having two family room areas and a huge kitchen/dining room gave us lots of space to have different activities going on at the same time! Same with the 8 bathrooms, no waiting!! We loved it so much we’ve already booked it again for next year!!

Love that we had access to the water park at anytime. Close to most attractions. Spacious and clean.

We were pleased with the property. The photos were realistic, and the house met expectations.

The bed linens were dirty at the top. The TVs were not working properly- we had almost no options to watch. For the amount of money we spent, we were disappointed!

House was awesome! Everything was clean and it fit exactly what we needed it for. Only complaint was we couldn't access ether of the pool areas. I visited with pool maintenance man and he said hot tub was broken. This was a little disappointing when spending that much money and expecting pool access. other then that all was well!

This house is a great location and layout but the age of the carpet and furniture is showing badly and some things need to be replaced. The kitchen is well stocked and there are lots of towels, some of the sheets need to be replaced but in general just looking at the older items and updating them would be a good idea in a competitive market like this.

Loved the layout of this home. We had difficulty unlocking the front door and the garage door remote did not work half the time even after we replaced the batteries and TV remotes took awhile to get use to using. As far as the sleeping accommodations, a few of the bedroom mattresses need to be replace as they sag in the middle which makes for an uncomfortable nights sleep.

Other than that, my team loves staying at Paradise Village rentals. This is our 4th consecutive year renting homes here.

I booked the vacation rental earlier this year as a Christmas present for all my kids and grandkids. Booking was very easy and I received all the needed information. We have stayed in this community prior so we were excited to be staying closer to the pool this time. The home was large and comfortable for all of us. There were plenty of supplies in the home. The little kids had a blast. However I was not happy with the cleanliness of certain areas. The carpeting on the stairs was filthy. My grandbabies clothing was dirty from climbing up and down. The kitchen floor was also dirty. The ceiling would leak in the kitchen when someone would shower upstairs. It was also evident that there was leaking in the ceiling of the master bathroom. We immediately notified the on call maintenance service advertised on call 24/7 via phone, text, and email. We had no response the entire stay. I also filled out the paper in the welcome binder stating my concerns and the leaking and no response following our stay. I found that to be unprofessional.

Our stay was excellent. Prior to arrival the rental management team answered all my questions professionally. The home was lovely and was outfitted perfectly. The location is perfectly. Close to local sites and the pool is right across the street!

We were a family of 15 staying in this house for the week and the house and location was PERFECT. The kids spent so much time in the "water park" across the way (we never went to the other pool!) and had a great time exploring the area.
A couple of things to note: There are no "pantry staples" in the house (coffee filters, sugar were the two main ones I was looking for). There are some spices. I've never been to a vacation place that didn't have left over items from previous guests!
Everything was contactless so we never met anyone from the company, but that was all very smooth.
We arrived on a Sunday and had to take the 3 overflowing garbage cans from previous guests down to the curb. Not a big deal, just a little off putting.
The WIFI was weak, probably because the house is so big!
All in all though, we had a FABULOUS time and I would 100% recommend this house to any other big families.

We had a really fun time at the Paradise Village vacation rental! The house was extremely clean, and ready for us when we arrived. Everyone enjoyed the water park directly across the street, as well as the 80’s arcade games and air hockey in the house. We initially had difficulty getting the front door to unlock, but a quick call to the manager had that fixed remotely within seconds. Being so close to spots like Snow Canyon and St. George was perfect. We would definitely recommend it!

This property was bigger than we expected and it was so great to have a bathroom with every room and space for everyone. The property is close to the waterslides and lazy river and a short walk to the pickleball courts. There were nice hikes a short distance away as well. Everyone enjoyed their time here.

Living in the colder part of Utah we were excited to get away with the whole family to a warmer climate. The main reason we booked this particular house was the amenities - being directly across from the pools for kids. In all the property mgmt advertising, emails I received and including the binder with instructions left for us in the house it stated the pools were all heated through the end of November - THEY WERE NOT! Very disappointed as we had planned to spend most of our days in these pools and out in the sun relaxing with younger and older children. We made the best of it and the house was really nice and included everything we expected. However without use of the pools I don't think it was worth the money. Not sure I will trust this property mgmt company for future rentals anywhere.

Overall, it was a good experience and we had a great time! There was plenty of room, and the kids loved having air hockey and the arcade games available. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have an extra fridge in the laundry room. My only complaint is that the floors and carpet were quite dirty. There were no cleaning products there, so I had to go buy things to clean the floors and counters.

Lots of room. Every bedroom had a
private bathroom and t.v. Only negative was the air hockey had only one broken paddle. There was lots of other games provided including pool toys. Big kitchen with essentials. I would stay there again.

We were a party of 10 adults,1 baby, and 6 kids ages 18 months to 10 year old. The kitchen is plenty big for everyone to move around. The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with the basics. The extra fridge was amazing and so are the washer and dryer. The games were a must to keep the kids busy. My husband, my 3 kids and I stayed in the double bunk bed bedroom with the beach theme and the bed frames (made of metal) creaked loud enough to wake the dead. We hardly slept as each of us kept waking when one of us moved. That part was miserable. But the other family members said their beds were comfortable. I would love to recommend this house but those bed frames kill the deal for me. If they could be changed it would be perfect.

Our home was comfortable for our big group. We’ve stayed in other homes in Paradise Village. This home did not have living room furniture that was well kept or clean. The toilet paper rolls (2) were falling off the wall and the kitchen ceiling had a long crack in it. Comparative to other places we’ve stayed, this place was not as clean or well kept.

This place was amazing. It was more spacious than we expected. There are 6 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, plus an additional 1/2 bath on the main level. We loved having all the kids upstairs and the master bedroom downstairs. I still heard when our son woke up (air hockey is louder than you realize!) but he didn't come to our room immediately.

With 2 large living areas, we were able to have kids upstairs playing arcade games or watching a movie while the older kids were downstairs watching a different movie or playing board games in the kitchen. There is so much space in the kitchen we were able to use one end of the table as a puzzle area & still have plenty of room for meals.

With Covid-19 we have canceled vacations. This was not a planned trip. I first booked 3 hotel rooms for this last minute trip to watch our daughter & her boyfriend run their first 1/2 marathon. I felt uneasy about a hotel so I canceled the it & booked this house. BEST DECISION EVER!

The house was immaculate. I loved that we were only around family unless we chose to go out. We didn't have to pass other guests in the hall or share an elevator like we would at a hotel.

We ordered most of our meals online & brought the food back home to eat. The kitchen is well equipped with pots/pans, etc we easily could have cooked our own meals.

The only problems we had were:
1. Figuring out how to turn on the arcade frogger game (there is a hole cut in the top with a recessed button you just have to push but you won't find it if you're short).
2. Figuring out what the pool pass/paddle was. (It's a full sized paddle board/kayak type oar).
3. We never found the garage remote so we just parked outside.

This was the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation I have been on as a mom. If anyone needed space they could go to their private room & rejoin the family when they were ready. I didn't know I could enjoy a vacation as a mom. This

This house was perfect for my entire family. Everyone had their own rooms and the kids loved bunking with their cousins. Water park is literally out your front door! This place was amazing & super clean! I definitely recommend to anyone.

The house was in a great location. General cleanliness was good, but kitchen floor was very dirty. Needs a deep cleaning. Socks were immediately filthy. The number of plates, utensils was a bit off of the labeling. The air conditioner was great. The rooms were comfortable. Overall great stay

We came down to St. George with a few other families for a baseball tournament. Everyone was able to have their own room including the kids. This home had lots of fun activities and games for the kids to play. The pool was a big hit especially since it was right across from our home.

We traveled for a soccer tournament and were able to comfortably have four families! Because it offers four master type bedrooms with their own bathrooms it was perfect for the parents! The bunk rooms were fantastic and held 12 kids without being crowded! Even the kids rooms have their own bathroom! I can’t say enough how fantastic it was to have a house with six full bathrooms and 2 half baths! Not to mention everybody loved the air hockey, the video games and the pool/hot tub was fantastic! The house was extremely clean and having over 20 people in the house and not even feeling crowded was just a bonus! We will definitely look at renting again for the next tournament!
