This entire experience exceeded our expectations!! We will be doing it again soon!!

Everything was clean and fun. They have thought of everything for young and old.
Legos, games, ping pong, pool toys, comfortable beds and most everything you need as far as cooking appliances go.

Pros: The house was nice and was in a great location. We loved the pool and the space and the legos and game options for the kids. Communication was easy and getting in and out was super convenient. My biggest cons: the house said it had smart TVs but didn’t offer anything other than Netflix and cable. We couldn’t stream anything that we wanted to watch which was a bummer. Our biggest complaint, however, was the cleanliness of the house. At first glance it seemed like it was clean enough, but we had hairs all over our sheets and pillows, which isn’t what you wanna see when you’re about to sleep in it. The sheets seemed old and dingy and it made us wonder if they had been changed since the last visitor. There was old shampoo residue gooped in our shower, and we found left over old cheese burger patties in the oven, which was kinda gross. Again great house, but especially since most places stepped up cleaning since the pandemic, the cleanliness could have definitely been way better.

Great. The place was nice and fit what we needed. The two pools/play areas were awesome.

The only improvement I would suggest would be to add some plastic plates for small children.

Wonderful time

The house was clean with plenty of space. It was accurately described and in a good location with a Harmons just down the street. My kids loved the lazy river and were in that every day of our trip! We didn't need to contact the owner during the trip, but communication was good leading up to our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect place for us to take the two grandchildren They loved the pools and the location in Santa Clara was perfect. The kitchen was very organized and clean. Beds were great!!!

We arrived to a very clean home! Everything we needed was there to cook and in the bathrooms. The game selection was sub par; nothing for little kids or under age 10 besides UNO cards. The Wii system kept freezing & shutting off due to age. Thankful for the stools at the counter & the outdoor seating area. Very comfy beds!

Clean, comfortable, spacious home near hikes and parks with lots of amenities.

The rental experience was very simple and clear during booking and prior to arriving at the property. The Hospitality app has all the information you need and more which was very handy. Once at the home, everything inside the home was terrific, as promised. The pools and water park were my kids (7 yo & 3 yo) favorite part of the trip. Definitely recommend and will stay here again.

The house was perfect, great for our family of 5! The pool area was so much fun for our kids, we were there everyday. Back porch area is private (can hear but not see the road) and nice to sit in the shade. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful,we felt right at home,everything you needed was kids enjoyed the board games,us adults had a ball playing ping pong.We would definitely stay again.cant wait for next summer!

The floors were dirty - my kids had black all over their feet within minutes of arriving. The furniture also seemed dirty. The ice maker didn’t work so my kids had no ice for 3 days in 110 degree weather. Not fun.

This was the perfect vacation for my family. It was a clean home and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals.

We had such a great time at this beautiful, clean home. It had everything we needed. Wished the backyard was mowed and leaves cleaned so we could have spent some time out back.

This place was a delight for our traveling party of 8. We had plenty of room to relax and watch shows. The pool & hot tub were perfect, even in chilly weather. It was ideally located—close to Snow Canyon, grocery store, restaurants. The views were spectacular.

This is our third house rental in Paradise Village, 5th rental in the St. George area (all with different rental agencies). Although we really like paradise village and the fun pools that are included, we were a little disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the home. When booking the property there was a special note that specifically provided reassurance that the cleaners were taking extra steps to ensure that the house would be cleaned extra well. This did not seem to be the case. Hours after arriving our feet were black. It was so bad that we mopped all tile surfaces. The shower in the master also had mold/mildew growing in the crevasses, and the toilet had a yellow ring seeming like it had not been scrubbed in a while. We also had to re-wash dishes that had been put away dirty.
For paying $200 to clean a house that we stayed in for 5 days, I expected that it would have been sparkling clean from the get go. The house needs a deep clean. I will not stay in this house again, and possibly not book with this rental company if they are in charge of cleaning staff.
The house did provide linens, towels, dishes, and lots of games/books. There was no crockpot, but griddle and plenty of pots and pans.

Beautiful home in a good location. Kitchen was stocked with essentials needed and the home had a nice roomy feel with plenty of space. Having the pool a short walk across the street is very convenient.
The cleanliness of the home was off track, when we arrived and took off our shoes the dirt you could feel sticking to feet and actually turned our bare feet black after walking around on the tile, bed linens did not look washed and my toddler found a prescription pill on the floor in the kids room he was staying.. thankfully he brought it to me instead of eating it! it was very frustrating when we first arrived to have to go to the store for cleaning supplies, and clean everything myself after paying a cleaning fee. I did contact management and they did offer to have someone come clean, at that point we had already cleaned the home ourselves and threw away the medication left on the floor, it was a little too late. The home had been spot cleaned, but they definitely need to step up deep cleaning in between guests if the cleaning fee is going to be charged.
It’s a nice place to stay and we enjoyed our time, I just wish I didn’t have to spend a day cleaning the home.

We went to three homes for the 33 of us for a family reunion and the homes were fabulous spacious super clean and so smoothly to check in and to check out. The kitchens were well supplied the garage on a couple of them had ping-pong tables in there and some fun things to do so the grandkids were out in the garage a lot of the times. The two different pool areas were crazy wonderful in 40° weather they were still swimming and even swim at night in the snow we could not have had a better time. Also hiking 10-15 minutes away was so fun will definitely be coming back again!!
