6| Sun Cottage in St George with Covered Patio Views

While we did enjoy our stay, we were very surprised that the home was messy upon entering. There was a pile of dirty sheets sitting on the dining room table, a used towel sitting on the floor and the master shower appeared like no one cleaned it after the last renter used it. The washing machine and we’re both full of linen. We’ve stayed at Paradise Village many times and this is the first time we’ve encountered this. It was disappointing as we were so excited to get away and be here. It was enough for us to conclude that we might not be staying here again.

We had the best time with friends at Sun Cottage. The condo was clean and comfortable. We loved the pools. Would totally stay there again.

We were really impressed with the house and amenities. We will be coming back soon.

Overall, this was a nice stay. There were some minor challenges, but they were (mostly) resolved by the end of our 2nd day. We also booked through a 3rd party site and received very little (if any) communication through that platform, even in response to our reported concerns. When I called the office directly there was a faster response, but only during business hours. When we arrived after hours and had no remotes to turn on the televisions, this was unable to be addressed until the next day.

The dishes in the cabinets were dirty upon our arrival and had to be cleaned, likely due to the next issue. The dishwasher leaked into the kitchen each time we ran it, but we were instructed there was nothing that could be done while we were there. This was inconvenient, but not a deal breaker.

Important note: there is no ping pong here- not sure why that's in the title of the listing. Also, there were fireplaces in the home but no remotes to turn them on. Again, puzzling.

This location is spectacular, nestled in a clean community of nightly-rental vacation homes. There are two pool complexes, great for a dip after a long hike. It's bikeable to a park (3 bikes are at the property) with ball fields and pickleball courts. The town of Santa Clara is moments away and has all the amenities one might look for.

Our family would stay in this community again, but would likely not choose this property.

We escaped the snow and found this incredible neighborhood with a petite waterpark included. The water was soo warm and we were delighted. So close to Snow Canyon & the sand dunes there. Home was clean and mattress very comfy. We loved it!!

House as described on VRBO. Very well-appointed, clean and roomy for families. Clubhouse across the street and other amenities close by. Excellent grocery store less than a mile away. Will rent again. Rental agency very responsive.

This vacation rental was the best! Perfect size for my little family. It was nice being able to come "home" from somewhere and having space and room to move. Much better option than a hotel room.

It was a great vacation. The house was beautiful and very clean.

My kids and I had a great time at this house. It was it beautifully decorated and maintained. It was very comfortable. We watched movies, ordered pizza, shopped at the mall just a few miles away. On our last day we went to the Anasazi petroglyphs just a couple miles from the rental. It was a wonderful time and we will do this again next year! Highly recommended!

We had such a great stay here. The home had everything we needed and all the Comforts and extras possible. It was in a great location from the main roads and close to the pool but nice and quiet. The beds were comfortable and we totally took advantage of the outdoor seating area.

The rental was a beautiful and fully furnished home. We worried about the location being away from the activities that the grandchildren were involved in. It proved to be a plus to get away from the hustle and bustle of the St George area.
I appreciated the walking trail that was located close by the complex.
Everyone had a great time.
The rental experience was very professional. They kept us informed throughout the whole experience.
We will look into to doing it again. when the time arises.

The house was beautiful. The neighborhood was so nice. We went on a beautiful bike ride. The house was totally decked out for us and our small grand children. The house is roomie and has a wonderful warm feel to it. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying in the Paradise Village rental home! There was a misunderstanding when we arrived and they were very accommodating to fix the problem. We ended up staying in a larger rental home and it was beautiful! The pools and hot tubs were so fun and the surrounding red rocks were amazing! The house we stayed in was very clean and absolutely beautiful.

The house was great, spacious and up kept in good condition.

The only aspect of concern was that we needed to clean up everything including dishes, laundry, garbage. What’s the cleaning fee for if not to include those types of items?

Unit 6 was perfect for our small family, it was very kid friendly and had high chairs, games and a pack n play available. We really enjoyed the bikes and appreciated the wagon when we walked over to the pool.

This home is nice. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, pots and pans. The bedroom’s were great. The pedal bikes were a great bonus. Great location to the pool. No master tub. The kitchen could have been stocked a little better. The outdoor patio furniture is old and needs replaced. We had a great time!

We brought 7 of our grandkids to have a retreat and stayed here. The home was clean and spacious with lots of room in the common areas for everyone. It is close to the pool and an easy drive to everything else we wanted to see.

Absolutely everything we needed was provided and plenty of fun extras as well! Our stay was comfortable and there were plenty of towels, extra pillows and linens. The pools and playgrounds were clean and well-maintained. 100% sure I will stay here again!

The location was beautiful set against that red rock. The home was so clean we felt right at home. Our children absolutely loves the pools, lazy river, and the water slides, as we were hiking it was all they could talk about :). The management team was so accessible and quick to respond with the couple questions we had. Will stay again!

Our family of 8 absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. It is so spacious, the photos don’t do justice. Everything was perfect, and we appreciated the simple but elegant decor. There was nothing overly fancy our busy that we needed to put away to make room for our things. The couches and beds were so comfortable. It was so great having bikes in the garage to use, our older kids loved them. The location across the street from the clubhouse pool was perfect for the winter, as it was the only heated pool at the time we were staying. We will definitely come again!

The property was clean and we found it as advertised. Very happy with that part of our experience. We had a situation that was very undeserved and unprofessional by a member of management from Salt Lake. Also, we paid extra for an 11:00 early check in but the house was not prepared until 11:50.
