Built to accommodate large groups, corporate retreats and family reunions in St. George Utah for up to 62 people. Two very elegant and private vacation homes altogether, adjacent to Gubler park and minutes from Snow Canyon and Tuacahn. These homes include a total of 16 bedrooms-13 Master en suites and 3 bunk rooms, 16 full bathrooms, 3 half bathrooms, and sleep a total of 62. Two incredible theater/meeting rooms. We had a great stay which added to the success of our baseball team. Both homes were very spacious and had all we needed to enjoy our stay. The kids loved the Pool table, ping pong table, and the video games. One of the homes the theater was not hooked but we were able to use the theater in the other home.

One unit was outstanding and the other was adequate. Hot Tubs need to be addressed more than once/week. The space, amenities, and experience were better than advertised.

Overall the places were nice. When we reported problems (example: non-functional shower) no one contacted us or came to fix the issues. The cleaning crew was also an hour late finishing. We had many people waiting to move in. The water park was great for the kids.

We rented 5 houses for the weekend here at Paradise Village through Utah's Best and had a super awesome experience. The staff was very attentive and helpful and we had such a fun weekend. The houses were perfect for our big group. We will definitely be back!

We had a very large group for 3 days at the adjacent units and had the time of our lives. The 2 homes were wonderful, large, open and had great spaces fitted for fun and relaxation. The rooms each had their own private bathroom which was such a splurge for the many married couples. We had plenty of room to eat and socialize late into the night. The kids played tirelessly in the game and theater rooms and then spent hours in the sun. We loved the pickleball courts in the park behind. The various pools were perfect for the heat. We enjoyed the private development so much we are returning next year.

We rented these two homes plus another for a family reunion of 65ish people. Things we loved: waterpark, splash pool in the backyard, games & activities in the house, piano, large, well-stocked kitchens. We used the theater rooms and main room screen for various activities. We also spilled over into Gubler Park for ultimate frisbee, volleyball, pickleball, etc. The people at UBVR were very responsive to questions, maintenance needs, etc. We had a wonderful week in Paradise Village and would highly recommend it to others.

We loved the Paradise Village. The homes were perfect for our needs, pools were amazing, kept everyone entertained, grocery store was close by, lots to do in the area. Had a problem at first with one of the movie theaters, 87 hot tub had no water in it, called 2xs about the garbage & was told the manager would call back, but never did. However, those were minor things and we would come back again to those same 2 homes...87/89. Loved it all!
