89| Grand Legacy Retreat in St George for Gatherings

We stayed here with a large group for Thanksgiving and a reunion. Lots of beds for sleeping, very clean and lots of linens and towels available. Very easy to check in and out. Location was great and kids had fun in the pool and at the park nearby.

Perfect for our sibling reunion. Everyone had their own room and private bath. The media room was great.

Loved our time in property 89. It accommodated our large family with lots of children. Loved the amenities. The only problem we had was that the projector in the theater room was not hooked up and maintenance was not able to fix the problem while we were there — so that was a little disappointment. Other than that we loved everything about the house and location.

We love this home and have stayed in it 3 different times for family reunions. We love the water park, pools, and pickleball courts. The media room gets really hot. The AC unit doesn't work well enough and it's hot in there even with fans blowing air from outside the room. The hot tub wasn't hot (95 was as hot as it would get) We were also super dissatisfied with how poorly the kitchen was stocked. We asked for more utensils and they did bring them, but there were several other things missing like no griddle even though there was a label for it, no full set of measuring spoons/cups, ect. We even found cockroaches in the kitchen on two separate occasions. Overall we do like the house and customer service is usually quick and helpful.

The home was so spacious and perfect for our large family reunion. It was so clean and well stocked. When we had some questions about the rental, Utah's Best quickly helped and was very easy to work with. Would definitely rent this home again.

This was one of the best stock vacation rentals we have ever used. The house was a perfect set up for our family reunion. We loved being able to all be under the same roof while also having enough individual spaces when needed. It was nice having a grocery store close by as well as the splash pad and pool in the community. We would definitely rent this place again.

I have stayed at this property two other times. I was disappointed this time. There were hairs all over the comforters. The hot tub didn’t work and was very dirty. Many of the chairs were broken. I did call as soon as we arrived about the hot tub and the repairman didn’t come for two days, so we lost half of our stay without a hot tub. I’m also disappointed in the how the property management dealt with the issues. We had two guests leave things in drawers accidentally. They claimed they scoured the property and it wasn’t found. Yet the next guest found it and luckily reached out on Facebook. I will never rent anything that is managed by the property management company again.

This is a great place to stay with large family. It has a great location and close to the store. Everyone can be together and yet have their own bedroom with a bathroom. Yes I will do it again!

We injoyed our time at this property, it was large enough for all. We injoyed the large theater room. And all the space for my grandkids to play in. Was very disappointed about the hot tub not working at all. It seems like it had been out of commission for some time. Some of the chairs in the dinning and living space were broken, or ready to brake. This main area of the home needs to be updated, including the carpets. Area rug in living space is a danger for the elderly and clumsy ones. Only one washer was working properly. Over all if these things were corrected I would definitely return for another visit.

Better than described. Our maps took us in the back way, so our amazement started early with the gorgeous landscape. The entire neighborhood is great and this home was pristine and roomy enough for our group of 19 adults and a bunch of kids to spread out and have a super fun weekend. Love the pools, too.

We really enjoyed it here and felt like we were taken care of. The game room upstairs was a big hit for the kids. The backyard pool was perfect for a little dip; with the neighborhood pools a short walk away. The movie room was a big hit. And so many king sized beds, bathrooms in every room, and a ton of places to sit in the common areas, both to eat snd to chill.

We stayed here for a family reunion and it was wonderful! Everyone had enough room to spread out while being together. The house was loud with all of us talking together and the kids running around! But, we could always escape to our rooms. The AC in the media room wasn't working because there was the wrong remote for the unit. We let the property company know this right away but never had anyone come out to resolve the issue. Someone did come to fix a dishwasher that a previous guest said was leaking, it seems like service requests are a little slow in being handled. But we found fans and pushed as much cool air into the room as possible, which worked fine. We're planning to be back next year, it was so good to be in a big enough space for our whole family. And, the pools were also super fun for the kids.

We enjoyed an awesome family reunion at unit number 89 in Paradise Village. Everything was wonderful except for the kitchen equipment. It was not equipped to serve 30 people. There were not adequate pots, pans, lids, knives etc. I would suggest that the owner do an inventory of that kitchen and make it so it’s more usable for large groups. The only other complaint we have is there were not enough towels in the bedrooms. One suite only had one washcloth... Another one only had two, stuff like that. It may have just been an oversight, but it really should be fully stocked. That said, we had a wonderful time. The facility was great all the amenities close and available. My family enjoyed it tremendously. We have already booked again for next year.

This is a fantastic place to stay! It is big enough for all of the family to stay and they each have their own bedroom and bathroom. The pool is great for the kids and the ping pong was a hit for the kids! Yes I would stay here again!

Our family had a great time.

Our family has traveled for the last 15 years for a family vacation together. We live all across the United States, so getting together is a real thrill for all of us. Out of all the places we have gone and all the houses we have stayed at this one was by far the BEST!!!! Great rooms with bathrooms for all. The kitchen was big enough for all of us to hang out in. Havong the huge kitchen table gave us space to place two games at one time and still be together. Having the family room open to the kitchen was perfect also and loved loved loved the outdoor space. Had coffee on the patio every morning. The hot tub was the perfect escape for some of our party, we did not even know where they had went, until we saw them out there soaking up the warm water and the beautiful views. Truly amazing house to build wonderful memories. We will be back.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this amazing home in Santa Clara. The house was immaculate and beautiful. Everything was in order and working perfectly. With only 16 of us, we were able to spread out nicely and not be on top of each other. The neighborhood is great and the pools areas we loads of fun. My kids and grandkids are begging me to book this house again for a future family vaycay!

We were disappointed for paying 5200. The floors made all our feet blAck the whole stay. The hottub stung our eyes so we coulsnt use it & we never got a pass to the waterpark that worked liked they mentioned.

We brought a large group down for a retreat and I was skeptical that it would be able to fit everyone. We had room to spare! It was clean and well kept. The AC went out, but it was promptly fixed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would stay here again.

We had comfortable beds and private bathrooms for everyone and great air-conditioning.
There were lots of places to eat out and lots of locations to explore. We really felt comfortable and at home. We enjoyed the theatre room for movies but also for a meeting space where we viewed old family slides that were digitized. We plan to return to the same place for our next reunion.

I took our softball team down for a tournament and the house was in the perfect location, nice big house lots of rooms and beds.
The one thing that they could change is have more towels in each bathroom

We loved that there were enough bathrooms and bedrooms for our whole family. The home was lovely, but the carpets and floors could use some deep cleaning. We did have some issues with the hot tub and projections system. I would suggest that those be checked out before people check in. The remote for the projections system was broken and the hot tub was not chemically balanced. Also, the mattress in the downstairs master needs to be replaced. My daughter and her husband were very uncomfortable. They kept sinking into the middle. The glass table top is a danger and needs to be replaced. There are sharp edges because pieces are missing. We loved the location and the amenities. We will probably stay here again!

We had a family reunion and everyone had their own room. It is exactly like the pictures show. The pool was perfect for the kids. The hot tub and fire pit was perfect for the adults. There isn’t anything negative i could say about this place. I love it so much that I want the floor plans so that I can build me a home just like it.

This is an amazing property! We had a group of 26 with our kids and grandkids who were able to come. We loved that all the bedrooms have their own bathroom so everyone was thrilled with their own space... let alone the massive and beautiful great room! It was perfect for our family. We also loved the pools. During the day we went to the slide/lazy river pool. Then our last evening we discovered the lava pool and hot tub. The only, minor down side was that we couldn't use the theater room as one of the remotes was missing and the tech guy who came to look at it was trying to locate a replacement remote, but we didn't hear back from him... We enjoyed ourselves anyway. Also, Snow canyon is less than 10 minutes away. Beautiful! We will be back again next year!!

great unit for a large family. Carpets were very dirty and the unit could have been cleaner, our feet were black after walking around the unit. They should supply you with more dish soap and dishwasher soap so to quarantee your dishes are clean. definitely not up to covid clean. very uncomfortable master bedroom mattress. No ice maker in second refridge. Great to have 2 washers and dryers. It was hard to find chairs at the pools, many left towels on them and never sat in them.

We booked this St. George retreat hoping for a beautiful setting to bond as a family. Our rental home couldn’t have been more perfect. The furnishings were so comfortable and the bathroom in every single bedroom accommodated everyone so well. We would travel here again in a heartbeat!

Great place for 19 cousins to get together. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. That was a real plus. Plenty of space for preparing meals and for eating together. We had a lot of game players and there was never a problem finding space for that. The tv room was used by several for football games. We were a little disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working. The location was close to all the sites we wanted to see. Overall it was the great place for us.
